All of our products, including wreaths, candles, and seasonal décor, are handcrafted or made in small batches. Due to their artisanal and delicate nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up.

If your item arrives damaged or does not meet the expected quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution when applicable.
